STEPS FOR LIFE 2016 charity run
On 19 June 2016, the eighth annual “Steps for Life” charity run was held on the Swabian Alps.
HiP (Helping in Partnership) and the Würtingen Sports Association jointly organised the event. This year's project: building a well in northern Kenya. The sponsors this year donated 2 euros to “Steps for Life” for each kilometre that was run.
In the wonderful region around Würtingen, the participants could select from routes covering a distance of 4, 8 or 15 kilometres and even complete them several times. Transline colleagues participated in all distances and set high goals!
For children there was a course covering a distance of 2 kilometres and for very small children one with a length of 1 kilometre – a real opportunity for the highly athletic children of Transline colleagues.
