Online Credit System

Dear Partners,

With the enactment of the Digital Signature Act [Signaturgesetz] (most recent version dated March 2007), we can only accept electronic invoices if they have a digital signature.

In order to allow you to continue using our "Online Invoice System", we are switching to a system of digitally signed credits and changing the name to "Online Credit System".

You can now choose between the following options:

  • Sending printed invoices by post
  • Sending digitally signed invoices by e-mail
  • Using our "Online Credit System"
    • Once you have received the "Invoice Link" by e-mail, you can request a credit from us online.
    • To do so, fill in the online form.
    • You will then receive an e-mail confirming your request.
    • Once our Accounting Department has verified your request, you will receive an electronic, digitally signed - and therefore valid - credit.

Please note:

If you use our "Online Credit System", the name will change from "invoice" to "credit" and you will receive a "credit for translations and services" from us. Nothing else will change for previous users of the "Online Invoice System". This "credit voucher" to you is handled internally like an "invoice" from you.
